My name is Adam, a third-year student at UQ studying a dual degree in Science and Arts.

I was approached by Power to Change on campus during my first year, and thanks to their outreach and easter social events, decided for the first time to commit my life to Christ.

Since then, I have journeyed with God, through Power to Change, in the form of countless walk ups on and off campus, including 2 summer missions to the Gold Coast for schoolies week/s. Last year I felt God putting on my heart the Japanese nation, and its people. During high-school I took up Japanese as a second language, and now ss a part of my studies at Uni, I am undertaking a major in Japanese. Through this I have come to form an appreciation for the language, culture, country and people, and am eager to see God work in a country with not just a small population of professing Christians, but with even a small population of people who have ever heard the gospel.

I humbly invite you to join our team, both in prayer and supplication, to reach the lost, to reach God’s elect, in Japan.

For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”[f]

“How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
