Hello everyone! This December, I’ll be joining the Mission Mekong team on a journey to Phnom Penh, Cambodia – a vibrant country with rich traditions and culture, yet many have not had the chance to hear about Jesus. Cambodia is predominantly a Buddhist country where the religion shapes the people’s daily lives. Hence this will be a good time to share God’s love with them and let them encounter Jesus. 

During our mission, we will partner with local campus ministry and invest in building genuine friendships with university students. By engaging in conversations and sharing the good news, our team hopes to support and empower students in their spiritual journeys. We will be joining our hands with local leaders to encourage and strengthen the campus ministry, creating opportunities for transformation in both individuals and the wider community. 

I am impacted by this verse in Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.” and in Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” 

I am excited to be part of this adventure and invite you to partner with me through prayers and financial support as we work together to make an impact for Christ and enable students to encounter Jesus in Cambodia.
